My Friend Screwed Up Creation, Award

Hi!
My character is Eawin! My friend is trying to join for the Guldorand thing, and I believe,
A) Screwed up which normal award to take
And
B) Immediately rerolled a new pc with same name, locking him out.
His account name is Pesky. DM GrumpyCat talked to me about it, and asked me to post here for documentation and file a report, that tomorrow something can be done! Thanks!
