The Slaver's Tower writ requires you to kill the Annis Hag. However, the creature is now named Hag (Annis) and is not giving credit for the kill.

Seconded. I found it out today. First run: With henchmen. Wonder why didn't get credit. Run back in with Invis and Phantasm Killer it dead solo, again no credit due to the name change.
