Loot Container Issues on Guldorand Server

Description of Bug Experienced:
While travelling through the Deep Wells, I noticed that auto-loot was not functioning properly with certain items. Scrolls, gems, and heads were not getting automatically picked up. After manually picking them up, they could not be put into the proper containers either, so I suspect there may be some strange mismatch going on there?

The auto-loot feature still works for gold, potions, healing kits, and jewelry still goes into the jewelry container, so I don't think that auto-loot is the main problem here.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Get scroll/gem/head loot drop on Guldorand Server
Attempt to put them manually into respective container

Expected Result:
Items go into container (either manually or with auto-loot)

Actual Result:
Items do not go into the containers.

Additional Information/Notes
All of my containers are the updated versions (with new icons).
Edit: I did not test this all over the Guldorand server. My main experience comes from the Crypts + Deep Wells.

Additional information about this bug, the gems that do not go into containers are not recognized with crafting either. Even worse, regular functioning gems stack with them, making new gems not work with crafting either.

Should be fixed. Was missing an area that we were unaware was needed.
