Elven quarter - Mansions - Inner rooms are connected via lease

Description of Bug Experienced:
Elven quarter: When renting inner rooms at the south estate you end up renting it also in the east estate (own 2 rooms).
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Rent one, and the lease will in effect in 2 places.
Expected Result:
Each is rentable separately.
Actual Result:
As above.

Not a priority one.
