Deepwells Weirdwood transition bug/missing

On the far east of the Weirdwood there is supposed to be a transition, because you are prompted with the "as you walk through the fog.." message just like the other two transitions on that zone.

Nothing seems to have appeared, it might have been because we were in combat when we first went there? We checked all the floor, walls, ceiling, etc. and returning after leaving the zone but it still didn't appear.

Edit- This transition did work on Friday evening, the issue occurred today (Saturday) Afternoon GMT.
