Eyeblast

Right now it seems to be doing nothing when I land a hit. No save roll, nothing.
I was using ammunition and saw that nothing was occurring as well, so I thought it may have been a bug with ranged weapons. Issue persists with melee weapons as well.
This may extend to all poisons as a Cave Terror that I used also had no effect.
