Description: My character has (100% confirmed) 17 ranks in Leadership, and 16 natural charisma. I only have 20, instead of 23. I had 23 a few days ago.

Relogging and resting did not help. When using potion of Eagle to boost my charisma, the leadership is raised to 21-22 and Panche! takes no affect on that either.

A bit of an update.

It would seem now only in the 5125 server that Panche! isnt working. I no longer noticed any times I did not have it working on other servers in the past 2 days and I can reproduce the bug repeatedly by going back to Guld (where a lot of nice henchmen are, so that's a bit sad)

Swashbucker Class feature, gained at level 8.

From the Wiki:

Effects of the Swashbuckler's outrageous panache become more apparent. Their bonus to social skills (Bluff, Intimidate, Leadership, Perform) from charisma is doubled.

Have you tried unequipping and reequipping something?

I have tried and to no affect.

I have tried using charisma potions to see exactly just how much leadership is being boosted from charisma and it functions as if without Panache! on the 5125 server.

Right now I know for a fact I have 23 ranks in leadership. 3 cha mod and no cha gear on. I have 26 leadership in 5125 and 29 everywhere else on other servers I tried like surface and ds.
