Hello! I'm playing a PC that is currently level 16 (5 levels of which is in Loremaster) and has the Scrying Secret. In attempting to use it I am told 'You need to be Level 21' ..

Please advise if this is intended behaviour?

Yes. All of those special spell functions you can get from LM secrets are gated behind epic levels.

Ah! Any chance this could be noted as a reminder in the Loremaster PRC data on the Wiki? It makes sense, just would be good to have a reminder.

I'm not sure how recent this addition is, but there is actually a line in the Loremaster Wiki page in the "Secret Knowledge" section!

Note: The Spell Focus secrets have the same level requirements as their corresponding feats. This is usually level 21.

I hadn't actually noticed this previously myself. I'd only ever heard it from other people! Definitely sort of easy to miss even though part of it is bolded.
