Elven Quarter - East and South mansions being still connected

Hello,
Description of Bug Experienced:
One of the inner rentable rooms between the two residences on both sides is connected to one another.
Any person renting one room in either residence rents one room in each property.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Evict, release, rent one room and the other would be also affected in the same way.
Expected Result:
Rooms should be disconnected between properties.
Actual Result:
Eviction and renting affect 2 rooms in 2 separate properties.
Tested after 19th FEB update.
