Skaljard - now even more desolate

Logged in today to find all fixtures in Skaljard gone.
All altars, crafting stations, noticeboards, camp fire chairs. Heck even the little patch for growing seeds is semi wrecked.
Not sure if this is done by player(s) or the whole area got a hard reset.
