Full screen loading update bug

When you rest the screen no longer fades into black and blinks jarringly to black. This could be an issue for people sensitive to such.

This looks to behave normally for myself. The black screen during rest stayed for the entire duration.
Edit: I stand corrected, its a blip in. I must have not been paying attention.
