Fire Bomb (Craft able)

Hi,
I crafted a set of Fire Bombs (Alchemy recipie) to use and expected them to work as the Incendinary Cloud spell.
Unfortunately when used the grenade does initial damage on hit and creates the fire cloud, but the cloud itself doesn't do any damage nor does it blind the targets in the cloud.
My character does not have any rogue levels only Bard.
In comparison to this the Acid Bombs work great and as intended.
