Favored Enemies Counting as Studied Enemies Ranger Relevel

When you select a favored enemy that you previously had it now counts as both a favored enemy for leveling up and a studied enemy thereby using 2 slots for 1 race.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
I have previously taken SE elves at one point and my relevel I select FE elves. On my level up. It counts as a FE in my feats page but it also uses up a Studied enemy slot.
Expected result
-----------------------
It should not use a studied enemy slot when leveling up and picking feats through the level up screen.
Actual result
-------------------
Selecting a FE that you previously selected as an SE counts it towards your SE slots when re-leveling.
