Slave Pits Unescapable

Description of Bug Experienced:
The Slave Pits in the area "Underdark (Andunor) Slave Pits" are often inescapable as the NPC slaves spawn in on the Slave Pit Menu.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Jump into a slave pit and try to click on the Slave Pit menu, it is often unreachable.
Expected Result:
Being able to access the menu so you can escape.
Actual Result:
Unable to reach the menu, leaving the player completely stuck till DM intervention (this has happened to me few times, -makesafe keeps you in the pit, sometimes it can place you close enough to access it, but usually not).

Additional Information/Notes
I would recommend either moving the spawns of the slaves farther back from the center or moving the pit menu to the outside edge of the pit.
