The interior door locked by the dialogue-given keys in the City Watch building, the one right by the jail cell, can be bashed down pretty easily.

This is not ideal. If it's not intentional, please make it damage immune.

The door itself has about 5 watchers behind it, so I can't imagine they'd be sitting their ignoring the door getting kicked in.. then ignoring whoever came through it.

If the devs wish for the place to be accessible by nefarious means, then perhaps a very difficult, quieter way of breaking in could be used?

Its on the radar to be fixed. Just no ETA on when as Irongron has other work he needs to do with Guldorand.
