Description of Bug Experienced:
So my dwarf toon finally hit lvl 21 where I picked Mighty Rage. According to the http://wiki.nwnarelith.com/Barbarian#Arelith_Changes then

Regeneration added at a rate of 3 + con bonus damage (5 @ level 20... providing hard con modifier is met for con Passive Bonus Damage)

My dwarf has Con 19 as he's going for EDR too.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Shield dwarf
Base Con 19
lvl 1-20 is barb
lvl 21 is fighter
pick EDR + Mighty Rage
Do the rage thing

Expected Result:
Regen 5 hp per round

Actual Result:
Regen 4 hp per round
