Henchmen AI bug

Description
==========
The henchmen AI seems to be very bugged in certain instances, and they will refuse to attack or engage with any enemy even if commanded to do so with the associate tool.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
I didn't try to reproduce this bug, but I will describe what I did. Hired 2 of the Cleric Flaming Fist from the Flaming Fist building in Guld. Server transition from Soulhaven portal to Sibiyad outskirts. Buff up my mercenaries with mage armour, magic circle against alignment, see invis, imp invis and protection from spells. Occasionally a mass haste.

Expected result
-----------------------
The mercenaries were supposed to help me get some loot and XP in my off-peak timezone :(

Actual result
-------------------
Went to hunt Orcs with my Elemental also part of the group. Commanding all of my minions with the associate tool, only the elemental would move to attack. The two mercenaries just stood there. Very occasionally (every 10 mins or so) they might cast Word of Faith of themselves. It was as if the monsters were part of the same faction. The henchmen just didn't recognize them. I tried to dismiss one and that failed to correct the AI of the remainder. Speaking with the mercs brought up no dialogue options unless I turned off the associate tool. It wasn't until fighting mummies on the way back to town that the AI woke up and they started to follow my attack orders, and cast spells (buffs and offensive) by themselves. The trigger for this was either the fear aura of the mummies or the invisibility purge they casted, I think.

I believe it has to do with invisibility. Playing a Feylock recently, i've learned that everytime I cast invisibility on a henchmen, they'd stop attacking until the spell wore off. Everytime.

Invisibility henchmen/dominated appathy bug can be apparently mittigated by commanding affected one to bash crate/corpse using the associate tool. Before I knew it, I used to time casting imp. invis. right before target striked enemy, thus instantly losing the invis. part of this spell.
