Half orc ranger bug

I appogize if this bug is already known. I created a half orc ranger the other day after the new feats came out. I was hoping to create a str ranger with low dex and the plan was for heavy armor. The idea was to feat for heavy armor and us the first bonus feat for two weapon fighting. Half orc racial is abidexterity so doesnt matter if dex is low.

However a bugg exists where if a half orc ranger has two weapon fighting , duel wield from ranger and wears heavy armor then the ambidexterity feat disappears due to some odd interaction with the fact that rangers have duel wield which cant be used with heavy armor.

I tried a half orc fighter took two weapon fighting and wore heavy armor and the ambidexterity works as intended.

So a half orc only bug .
