First of all: Awesome.

Could it be possible to spend a normal to have 2 of the languages listed under minor? I like how the language doesn't apply to the cap, and a normal award is still quite a spend but might be a fun option for 2 bonus languages of minor (or the one special).

Ditto on this. Would be great for certain backgrounds.

Also, finally, slave starts can use a minor and don't have to come up with why they don't know undercommon already, thank you so much.
