The Goblin Update

I just want to give a big kudos to the dev team. Making goblins require a major award and DM approval is one of the best decisions ever made on this server, and long overdue. I also agree with the decision to nerf their HP.

Keep up the good work!

Super fitting. With their model finally being customizable, we would have been flooded with hordes of goblin clans if they didn't get moved to a higher award. Props to the DM's.

The introduction of goblin worg-rider models to work with cavalier is really cool, I've spoken to a few friends about making a group of goblin outriders.

Right, having their AC stack in groups was a neat ability. Now having it calculate based on square roots instead of just added is super cool, so 3 goblins is 3 to the power of 3 AC. Very cool.

I was a bit sceptical of this update, but the team was invested in the change so went ahead and approved it.

Replacing the goblin language with something flatulence based, complete with the tyrantfog zombie VFX is nice, but may prove a performance drain, so we'll be watching that one carefully.

I thought it was particularly creative that the update debuffed goblins with -10 AC versus angry humans in full cover.

It was a controversial but absolutely audacious decision to enable the goblin's innate ability of throwing their own doodoo at enemies for a chance to do damage and inflict a disease. Since it scales with their level, a lvl 30 Goblin will get the much needed buff it needed with ultimate power doodies.

The new racial herbalism Strange Mushroom Brew craft was a nice touch, too. I'm particularly fond of the stacking chance of spontaneous self explosion with each additional one drank in sequence.
