This NPC in the assassin's guild can't access the chair that he's scripted to sit in, so he just keeps running around the table.

Steps to reproduce

Once after reset if you talk with the npc Len Fessel - he starts to run around the table not able to sit down again
Expected result
-----------------------
Let that guy sit and rest finally
Actual result

Running, running, running
