Can we please make our own items on PGCC again?

I find myself using Arelith PGCC often lately and every time I want to test a character I need to do the > get the weapon > get the masterly rune > use the masterly rune once > confirm that you wanna use it > put the weapon in the basin to add the keen property > run to the alchemist table and make temp + perma essence > essence the weapon once > essence the weapon twice JUST to see the build's average damage. It would save people a lot of time if they could edit whatever they want as they used to be able to. Why was this removed in the first place? Realistically you can't even fully test a non-transfered character because you can't get the gear you want ( unless you're willing to sit there 5%ing your PGCC character's gear ) which defeats the whole point of Pretty Good Character Creator.
Not to mention QoL features like quick rest, pray reset, CD reset etc. not existing. One time I was just messing with Cavalier class and some guy walks up to me fully buffed ( obviously a cleric ) going " hey come fight me". What kinda fight are you looking for, my 0 gear + 0 items + 0 consumables character vs your cleric who just needs to press sanctuary button and fight? Not a very realistic way to see if you like your build really.
I know PGCC is not really there on the priority list but just letting people make their own stuff like they used to be able to would go a long way when people are testing builds.
