In Skal, in the area prior to the Master's Chambers where you fight the Ogres Giants and Bugbears, is a set of 8 prison cells. If you use -makesafe from getting stuck there, you will be thrown into one of those cells. If you can't do enough damage to break the cell door, or don't have something to unlock it, you are effectively soft-locked in the game.

Steps to reproduce

Go underground in the Underdark and into the chamber before the Illusory Projection and use -makesafe

Expected result

Anything other than prison.

Literally sent to prison.
