Lady Manfried

Description of Bug Experienced:
I have been at Minmir Manor on three separate occasions, with no group ahead of us, and Lady Manfried hasn't been there even if everyone else is in the Ballroom.
I am not sure if this counts as a bug but I thought it best to leave it here.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Go to Minmir Manor to the Ballroom.
Expected Result:
Running into the shockingly short Lady Manfried
Actual Result:
Just find a room full of skinny dead boys dancing poorly.
