Green Gullet, Goblin Matriarch

The Goblin Matriarch boss in Green Gullet does not drop a bounty head. I'm not sure this is intentional, but if it is I would suggest that it be changed. She is a writ target, and also she does a lot of scary things like summon mummies, heal, and cast several save-or-stun spells. Defeating her is certainly worth a little extra money, especially considering that lesser bosses do drop bounty heads.
