QoL - Traders for the Horde

Actual:
Currently the Half Orc camp has no where to sell heads & from what I could find at least no one there buy scrolls, jewellery, potions etc.
Expected:
For the Horde Settlement to have some traders capable of pay out bounties & or scrolls / potions etc.
An issue more for the suggestion board
I can't find a remove option
