Sail Skill - Wisdom instead of Intelligence?

Hello!
The new Sail skill is stated to be only taking the Intelligence modifier into consideration.
However, on a character focusing on Wisdom we can see that compared to the Search skill which is based on Intelligence as well, the Sail skill differs. No skill points have been invested into it, these scores are modifier-based only.
The modifier used for the Sail skill aligns with the character's Wisdom instead of Intelligence.
