Weapon Master new level ten feat

If you take it pre epic it only gives you the option of taking another superior weapons focus. Its choices in epics are not amazing either, but at least they make sense. I'm not sure if this intended or not, but I suspect it wasn't and just no one noticed because IB is all the rage on the pgcc right now.
