Leadership Henchmen - +1 apr not working?

This is a Flaming Fist Merc with 22 fighter levels, 4 main hand attacks and 2 off-hand (Imp. Two Weap. Fight.)
My PC has 54 leadership at the time of this image (32 base, 7 from cha, rest from bard song/good hope).
As you can see from the image, there only appears to be 6apr, instead of 7 (4 bab, 2 offhand + 1apr from leadership).
Hope someone can look into this for us!
