Description of Bug Experienced:
The first level spell Sanctuary (https://nwn.fandom.com/wiki/Sanctuary), is not working correctly. The spell states that Sanctuary should last 1round/level. Currently it lasts 1 round - regardless of Caster CL.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Be level 27 cleric.
Cast Sanctuary.

Expected Result:
Sanctuary should last just about 3 minutes.

Actual Result:
Sanctuary lasts 6 seconds.

Additional Information/Notes

Sanctuary functionality is weeeeird. It works as it should against neutral/hostile NPCs, but is buggy against neutral/hostile PCs.

Against PCs:

*Even if they make the save against your DC, you still disappear for a full round. Obviously if the save is made you shouldn't disappear at all.

*Once the save has been made by the PC in your presence, recasting Sanctuary and the PC failing the save has no effect on the outcome. I.e. If the PC has succeeded in one save, all subsequent saves are automatically succeeded (even if the DC roll itself fails). This results in the functionality as described in the previous bullet point.

*If the first time you cast Sanctuary in the presence of PCs is successful (the PCs fail the save), you are sanctuaried properly as per the spell's description.

*Lastly, this is the most grievous bug and should be considered an exploit. If you cast Sanctuary in a different area, away from any PCs who can make the check, and load into an area with PCs who would make the check, there is no check against the Sanctuary at all and you remain undetected regardless of whether the PCs would fail or make the save.
