Ive come to understand the class is experiencing changes that are making it into updates without being posted. That seems rather strange, and as well, inappropriately handling it.

Is there a more specific example?

Well for example we just lost Bears Endurance. I thought I was going crazy last week until I got told about it in the discord dev channel

You were never supposed to have Bears Endurance. It was mistakenly added, when Endurance was changed to Bears Endurance and bards were given Bears Endurance. They removed it from the warlock spell book, but you kept it since it was already on your character. It was fixed once you were forced to relevel due to the skill-update.

I noticed this as well, and had to use the search feature in Discord to figure out what happened through the general chat feed.

There was a recent change to the spell list that had been attached to the feylock kit — specifically, endurance was removed.

Apparently the spell being available to feylocks was a bug that occurred some time ago... when the spell was incorporated to the bard kit.

I will admit, it’s a disappointing change.
I feel (perhaps especially considering fiendlock’s dex/str/cha spells...) the two zoo spells included in the feylock kit was appropriate. But that’s just my opinion — I wouldn’t have thought this class needed anything taken away in terms of potential changes.

I would have liked to see an announcement as well — I could have sworn this spell had been written into the wiki for level progression prior to this week. Though I may be mistaken.

No sourness — it was just a surprise!
I think in the future, including these sort of fixes in announcements would be great (if possible)! If for no other reason, to avoid players feeling quietly nerfed.

We can see there was an update to Bard spell songs in the past; however, manual updates have to be done to exempt it from Warlock spell lists so its stripped. At this time, it has been removed unless they wish to implement it as a spell to be had for Warlocks.
