Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
Created a new kobold cleric LE with war and trickery domains. Went to select deity and am unable to select Kurtulmak. Searched and found out that most deities are unable to be selected. Only one I found so far I can choose is Shar.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Found that this is not only new characters. Another kobold cleric said since the update their deity got set to nothing as it is upon character creation and they also cannot select Kurtulmak. Also, attempted recreating the character with different domains in Kurtulmak's domain list to test and had no change in the result.

Expected Result:
Ability to select the appropriate deity.

Actual Result:
Unable to select deity.

Additional Information/Notes

I'm also having an issue picking a draconic diety with my own kobold Cleric.

I even had a DM double check and confirm I should qualify for said Diety without any issue, and qualified for the diety before the skill update, but since then It doesn't work.

Bumping, this one is weird. Need to check if other racial restricted deities are un-selectable by PCs who should qualify.

question: is your kobold "an old kobold"? Ie, it was a halfling that had chosen to be kobold in the old days?

Mine is new, made either the day of or day before the bug report.

My kobold also was never a halfling, it was just straight made a kobold.

Fix in the pipeline.

This now seems to be effecting other characters apart from my kobold cleric. My barb/knight/BG lost his deity apparently upon taking blackguard levels. Didn't notice until I went to use -pray which would've saved my MoD character from taking his first death, until it told me I don't serve a god. Went to check and it shows I no longer serve Bel and can't reselect it.

...Very, very, very odd. Moving this back to the open forums.
