Nonmodule Dweomercrafting Basins Unreachable

Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
Placed a Dweomercrafting basin, tried to access it's inventory, but the PC can't reach close enough to it's center to do so.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Place Mithril Dweomercrafting Station on ground as fixture
Click on fixture

Expected Result:
Inventory accessed, enchanting begins

Actual Result:
PC approaches the basin, but doesn't make it to the point of accessing the inventory. Just keeps trying to walk towards it, and doesn't stop

Additional Information/Notes
The two places this has been thusfar tested is in the Indoor Market in Guldorand, with the Mayar Dweomercrafting Station, and one in the upper floor of Noble House 2 in Westcliff.
Workaround: If one does -move_fixture to nudge the basin, you can then access it's inventory, no matter the direction it's moved.

There is a slight work around for this if you can click on the basin and get the action queue to show in the upper left hand. Click on the basin twice, click the first action queue to end it , then the basin should open.
