Town Criers not working

Town Criers in Guldorand are not crying anything
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Give a message to the town criers, and pay gold for them to shout it
Expected result
-----------------------
They shout the message on repeat until the gold you paid them runs out
Actual result
-------------------
They stand there, silent. I waited two ticks, with no messages being shouted
Notes
---------
Not sure how long this has been the case, and if it is connected to the time changeover. They are still only charging 20 gold per hour for all Town Criers in the city to shout your message
A DM may have turned them off? I don't know.
