NPC Merchant Does Not Open Store

Description of Bug Experienced:

Farmer Hayward, in Cordor's Cultural District, does not open his usual store.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Talk to NPC Farmer Hayward.

Expected Result:

He opens his store.

Actual Result:

No store is opened.

Seems like he's not the only NPC on strike: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=34049

(Also, can you make it so Farmer Hayward sells more than one cheese item per reset? That'd be swell!)

Happens semi-frequently to Heidar in Skal, too.

Farmer Hayward has decided to sell things again as of the latest update. Not sure if fixed or something was reversed. Either way, closed for now!
