Description of Bug Experienced:
Use of Bard Song and Curse Song not applying their Buffs/Debuffs or damage respectively.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Use a unique Bard Song/Curse Song
2a. Sometimes the buff doesn't apply right after this use, especially true if a unique bard or curse song.
2b. If it does, wait for the used up charge to recharge
3. Use it again
4. Sometimes the buff doesn't apply or the effect doesn't take place.
5. Moving servers sometimes fixes the issue and other times makes it worse.

Expected Result:
Bard song/Curse Song actually gives their buffs or debuffs & damage.

Actual Result:
You waste a round where either ability does nothing.

Additional Information/Notes
I've been noticing this more post time update. In particular, the custom songs seem to be what's not working all the time.

I've noticed they either dont work, or in my experience when using the Booming Thunder song, it often will only hit one or two enemies instead of the whole group, or once, when fighting two it didnt effect either of them.

If so, Beamdog has to fix it.
