Not working after the reset/rollback.
-8 AB penalty due to equipping a weapon you're not proficient with.

So, hopefully this isn't overly bad news - but it seems like Light Flails were never meant to be Rogue proficiency weapons in the first place. I can't find any references that'd claim otherwise in the update thread, nor the wiki or in our rogue code.
Moving this to closed since it's not a bug.
