Avariel stats for days

Description of Bug Experienced:
Made an Avariel on the PGCC, stats were extreme
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Made a moon elf (typed Avariel into subrace, unsure if this affects it at all but yeah), then chose Avariel under major award
Expected Result:
Normal stats
Actual Result:
Stats as shown below in the screenshot
