Steps to reproduce the Bug:
-Playing a 4 Rogue / 10 Knight / 16 Blackguard, Yuan-ti
-The "Intimidate" feat is not in my feats list nor my radial menu
-Was not granted the "Intimidate" feat upon using the -relevel command after the skill rework
Expected Result:
-My character should have the "Intimidate" feat
Actual Result:
-My character does not have the "Intimidate" feat

To my knowledge Cavalier also does not grant the feat intimidate to characters who do not already have it
Perhaps all prestige classes with the intimidate skill as class skill share this problem
Moreover, I had another issue with the feat: My character started as barbarian lvl 1 and does not receive the feat at any barbarian level after1. I believe this has to do with the fact that the PC was created before the introduction of Intimidate feat/ability, and did not receive the feat upon creation at the time. I understand the OP also has the same issue, since their PC should be receiving the intimidate feat at rogue 2, as the PC did not receive it at rogue 1 just like my barb. The PC levels up rogue normally after 1st, but does not receive the feat like it should.
I solved my issue by picking fighter as the 2nd class, and received the feat/ability at fighter lvl1 automatically. Multiclassing into a prestige class would not grant the feat to me though.
A possible solution: Make intimidate appear as an automatically granted feat at any level (not just at class lvl1) for characters who advance in a class with the intimidate skill but do not already have the feat. This should apply to both prestige classes and base classes. All issues should be fixed after this, for old and new characters regardless of class
I'd like to see this fixed, as Intimidate ability is too powerful to miss for PCs who max out, gear for, and even ESF the skill
