The Sibayad Outskirts guildhouse set into the cliff face (can't remember its proper name) doesn't allow the person renting the inside room access to the building without guildhouse owner making a key.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Rent the room inside the guildhouse.
Expected result
-----------------------
Enter guildhouse without a key to main door.
Actual result
-------------------
Locked out of guildhouse.

This was tested right after the room was rented. I am not sure if there needs to be a server reset for the "enter without a key" to work, so I went ahead and posted this bug report to be safe.
