Bull's Strength Scrolls

Description of Bug Experienced:
Bull's Strength Scrolls have a Lore requirement of 10. None of the other "zoo buff" scrolls have this requirement.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Buy a scroll
Don't have 10 lore
Cannot use scroll
Expected Result:
Buy a scroll
Don't have 10 lore
Use scroll anyway
Actual Result:
Scroll no bueno
