Orog ECL listed at +2 on Character Creation Screen

Description of Bug Experienced:
When creating your character, it will list the ECL as +2 in their description.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
None
Expected Result:
ECL +3
Actual Result:
ECL +2
Additional Information/Notes
Orogs are still ECL +3 in-game.

Found two spots where it still said +2 instead of +3. Fix in the pipeline.

Thought I might just tack on rather than give you a whole new thread; hobgoblin also has an issue on the character creation screen. Doesn't mention its ECL +1.
