Anti-Drop Script

Description
The inventory of my character was full and I used the hotbar unequip action I had bound my character's sword and shield on. As a result my adamantine shield dropped on the ground briefly before it popped up back in my character's shield slot when I unequipped it.
From experience, I know the script is very wonky. As my character tends to loot for the party, this is not the first time this happened. So I did the safety routine of logging out, back in - moving the shield to the inventory from the shield slot - before moving it back on the shield slot. Just to make double sure it is really in my inventory by being interactable, so I would not lose it.
(I do this just to make sure it is actually on my character, as previous times the script caused my sword and/or shield to be both on the ground and also on the shield slot, with neither being properly interactable. So by logging in and out it usually clears that bug up, either ending up on the ground so I can pick it up or in the inventory in an interactable state.)
I moved across a transition to Bendir Dale, then clicked to unequip the shield once I sold things. Had 2 empty inventory pages when I did so. The shield simply completely disappeared. It was not on my shield slot, not in my inventory, and did not reappear on logout-login. When I backtracked to the upper gorge area west of Bendir immediately after in hope for some silly reason it ended up there, it was not on the ground there either.
Aka, the runed addy shield of my character just vanished due to this bug. Bit of a pain given it is worth quite a bit.

I would suggest to remove the anti-drop script as a whole. It is far better for an item to drop and you needing to make space to pick up things again, instead of the script acting wonky in several different ways. I am just relieved I am out 200k instead of losing something even more valuable because of the script.
