Katar not respecting weapon profiency

One picture can tell a thousand words:
Fix is in the pipeline.
Monks should not be getting Katar proficiency. Only Exotic or Assassins should.
Those who want to use Katars will need to take either exotic weapon proficiency or assassin class level in order to be proficient with Katars.
