Bard can't learn song Dirge of the Dead

Description of Bug Experienced:
My bard character explored the FOIG Underdark area where a bard would normally learn Dirge of the Dead. I received the sound/visual effect and notification that my character had learned Dirge of the Dead. However, I cannot select the song. The song does not show up when I type "-song ?", nor can I select it with any "-song #" commands (I tried all the numbers). When my character explored the FOIG area again, I could not get the bard song learning notification to re-trigger so my character can't seem learn/use this song currently.
Affected character name is Guldor Ulaerth.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
I haven't tried reproducing it, but in order to attempt to reproduce it you would make a new bard, go to the FOIG Dirge of the Dead area and wander around.
Expected Result:
Dirge of the Dead becomes a selectable bard song
Actual Result:
No bard song is learned.
