Twohand command bug??

So I noticed something weird, I'm a large creature using a 2h weapon usually as a 1h and adamantine tower shield. But when I use the -twohand command something odd happens.
If I have no shield equipped and use a 2h weapon it auto puts me in 2h weapon mode and my ac drops by 6, which it should since it's a tower adamantine.
But if I have a shield equipped and use the -two hand command it unequips the shield and drops my ac by 11.
Not sure where the extra 5 ac comes from if you use the -twohand command.
