The widen the portal option that normally teleports a party is not functioning


Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
1. Be an Epic Caster (in this case, with ESF: Transmutation)
2. Have a Focus Stone
3. Have a party
4. Gather party on top of you at the Pandamonium Portal (FOIG location)
5. Use dialogue option 2. Widen the Portal


Expected result
-----------------------
Party is teleported to Pandamonium


Actual result
-------------------
Only the caster is teleported

Working as intended, (yeah I brought this up when I was on the dev team.)

The secret is that you need Greater Spell Focus: Transmutation or it can fail to widen the portal for your party.

Would say Foig, but there's very little information on this to make it possible to learn in game, which was something i proposed changing.

ESF: Transmutation on the char with the stone, and party leader

Weird. Might be a fluke if you did it properly. That whole system could do with a refresh.

I managed to do it with a Fighter20/WM7/RG3, which had 15 pts in UMD. DIdn't teleport the whole party, but at least other 3 PCs.
There are surely other ways to expand the portal.
