tier2m Generated Loot Item - Arelith Forest (Shadow Wood) The Gnoll Den

Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
While completing the writ "Raid the Gnoll Warcamp" I cleared the last area with the boss and then looted the Armor Rack in the back and received a cloak labeled "tier2m Generated Loot Item".
Item description requests I let the developers know as this item isn't supposed to be.
This would be on map Arelith Forest (Shadow Wood) The Gnoll Den.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Expected Result:
Phat lootz!
Actual Result:
No Phat Lootz.
