Shadowdancer shadow: Attacks casters in party

So there is a bug when a caster casts darkness, wall of fire, or any AoE spell that I may not know about that can trigger this. When these spells are cast, the shadow has a tendency to attack that party member. Ever on that party member is hostile until the shadowdancer summons a different shadow.
Normally when a weak summon like that does this I think no big deal and use a healers kit. But, since shadows have crippling strike it is the most obnoxious, frustrating bug to deal with.
Solution: If it is difficult to make a summon have a script to stop attacking casters that cast this spell (all the other summons don't do this. Just the shadowdancer summon), we can just remove crippling strike from the shadow so players don't have to burn all their restorations on a hunt then get stuck with dealing with being encumbered since the player in party who summons it refuses to remove it. This can cause people to disperse and separate as well which is very silly to break up rp over.
I hope my voice is heard and this bug gets fixed. Very frustrating one to handle indeed.
Thanks.
