BG and New Warlock Stream issues

Description of Bug Experienced:
Interaction between Feylock (new stream most importantly) and Blackguard. It seems BG can pick Unseelie stream for Epic Fiendish Servant (I really hope this was intended) however while the BG STR buff works the Divine Might/Shield feats that are supposed to provide summon the +1 effect per 4 BG levels do not.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
-BG lvl 16 with Epic Fiendish servent. Divine Might and Divine Shield feats
-Aceess to Unseelie stream (1 level of warlock with Unseelie pact does it)
Expected Result:
Upon using Divine Shield and Might summon should be provided with +4 AC +4 AB +4 Damage for their duration
Actual Result:
BG gets the bonuses, summon doesn't get the mirror.
